Eloise

I do get so excited as Summer approaches. Not just because I am THE most miserable cold person that ever lived, but because it allows me to add outdoor elements to a lot of my shoots. Whilst I've never really been in to the typical "outdoorsy" stereotypes - camping, festivals etc; I do get all prancey and giddy over the idea of the gorgeous natural light opportunities that the warmer months provide.

Take last month's shoot with little Eloise. We had the perfect balance of some shots inside, in her home, with her parents and then also her enjoying the outside world. For me, this is the kind of thing that just can't be replicated in a studio and it's the main reason that I will always prefer to do things this way.
